Private Party Details
Private parties are the way to go to create the unique, lasting memories! Want to celebrate a special birthday, bachelorette party, your wedding day, or bridal shower? How about a sorority party, a graduation, a team-building event, or Galentine’s Day? So many reasons to get linked!
Private parties are required to have a minimum of 5 purchases. A deposit of $100 is necessary to secure your date. Outside of the upper Keys there is a $75 travel fee.

Policies and Warranty
At Linking the Keys, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-fit permanent jewelry designed to last. Please remember, due to the nature of the experience, each piece is custom fit, once the chain is cut, we cannot offer a refund. All sales are final. In addition, our jewelry, though it is called “permanent” does not mean it is indestructible. It is still fine jewelry and some chains are more durable than others. Consider your lifestyle when choosing a chain. However, we understand that life happens, so we offer the following warranties and policies to ensure your satisfaction:
Limited Discount: If your jewelry breaks and you lose it within one month of purchase, you will receive 20% off your next piece of jewelry when replacing it with the same chain style. We believe in long-lasting bonds, just like our jewelry.
Repairs: Should your jewelry break we will happily re-weld it for you one time at no additional cost if the jewelry is in your possession, in its original condition, and not overstretched. After the first time there is a $10 re-weld fee. Your satisfaction is our priority from day one.
Re-weld for medical/lifestyle: If you choose to cut your chain to remove it due to surgery, medical scans, or any other reason, we are delighted to re-weld it back on, one time at no additional charge. If you are unsure of where to cut it, please reach out and you will be guided through the process, to ensure it can be put back on whenever you desire.
Tarnish or Allergy: If you experience issues such as abnormal tarnishing, or you discover you have skin allergies to a particular metal, we offer a 50% refund on your purchase. This ensures you’re covered in case your jewelry doesn’t work out the way you’d hoped (must see proof).
